Who we are
This website is operated by Chimique Phytokem Private Limited, a manufacturer of PHGG and other plant-based ingredients, registered at Hissar-Rajgarh Road, NH-65, Village Barwa — Siwani Mandi, Dist. Bhiwani, Haryana 127046. Where this policy says “we” or “us”, it means that company.
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, work email address, company, country, the application you are working on, the quantity you need and anything you write in the message field.
- Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server log data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used for security and to keep the site running.
- Cookies. See the cookies section below.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information for one purpose: to respond to you about the ingredient you asked about, send samples and specifications where relevant, and continue that commercial conversation. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking.
Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated, and, where required, your consent.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us operate — for example our website host, email provider and, where used, a customer relationship management system. They act on our instructions. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
We are a subsidiary of Chimique® India Ltd and may share an enquiry internally where that company handles the supply.
How long we keep it
