Spray Dried Acacia Gum
Acacia gum — also known as gum arabic — is a natural exudate gum with an unusual combination of properties: it dissolves at very high concentrations without building much viscosity, and it emulsifies.
Spray drying produces a free-flowing powder that disperses instantly, which matters in dry-blend applications where hydration time is a production constraint.
